Permanent, Full time
Salary: £30,000-£33,500 per annum (depending on experience)

Our client, a leading organisation within the construction sector, is seeking a talented Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to join their team in Manchester.
As the Marketing and Business Development Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our client's business. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, supporting the marketing and business development strategies across their Northern offices (occasional travel will be required).

Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality materials and strategies
- Working closely with senior management to put together BD and marketing strategy and plans
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends
- Proactively promote all regional projects and successes across social media
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders and ensure CRM is updated
- Assist in planning and organising events, conferences, and networking activities
- Work closely with senior team to submit entries for regional awards
- Monitor marketing and business development metrics and provide regular reports to the management team
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing, within construction/architecture/engineering would be ideal but other professional services would also be considered
- An understanding of the importance of marketing and business development activity to the wide business
- Specific experience in digital marketing strategy and utilising social media across a number of channels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Fantastic writing skills with the ability to write copy for print and digital
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in CRMs, MS Office and ability to pick up industry specific systems
