Do you understand minimally invasive surgery and have the ability to convince both surgeons and hospital budget holders on high-impact decisions regarding medical capital equipment purchases? Are you energized by a highly competitive environment?A Medtronic Surgical Robotics Business Developer is responsible for selling the Medtronic Hugo™ Robotic-Assisted Surgery System to a selected list of our existing hospital clients. This requires several talents, including the ability to build a coalition of supporters within each hospital, strong client engagement and problem-solving skills, the energy to persevere through long and complex sales cycles, and a natural eagerness and drive to bring opportunities to closure.Responsibilities may include the following, and other duties may be assigned:Be out in the field and travel frequently to meet with clients and colleagues. Occasionally work from home or from one of our many offices across EMEAEngage with surgical teams to assess opportunities for the expansion of robotic-assisted surgeryEngage with C-suite executive decision-makers involved in complex innovation projects and large technology adoption plansSupport surgical teams in leading hospitals to enhance and augment their clinical strategy through the use of the Medtronic Hugo™ Surgical Robotic SystemConvince surgical teams of the benefits offered by the Medtronic Hugo™ Surgical Robotic System, including improved outcomes, benefits to patients, faster recovery, advanced surgical techniques, superior 3D high-resolution imaging during surgery, digital surgical solutions, ease of use for surgical teams, OR efficiency, and cost-effectivenessEngage and convince budget holders and executives in leading hospitals by jointly developing business cases, total cost of ownership (TCO) comparisons, and cost-per-procedure analyses to support informed decisions regarding the purchase and use of the Medtronic Hugo™ Surgical Robotic SystemBe a proven, positive, and successful collaborator within a matrix organization, managing relationships and delivering outcomes in a multi-stakeholder environmentDemonstrate a strong appetite for learning and development, with an interest in technological advancements in healthcareRequired Knowledge and Experience:Experience leading negotiations and selling complex medical devices or capital equipment, with a proven track record of success.Bachelor's degreeYou are a winner, but in the right way.
