Business Developer

Key responsibilities include:

• Raising awareness of the Broadway Malyan profile
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining client and partner relationships
• Tracking bid opportunities and managing submission timelines
• Assist in the preparation and assembly of tender documents, proposals, and presentations
• Support the production of high-quality visual presentations and layouts
• Maintaining and update project data, case studies and CVs
• Assisting with events, marketing and business development initiatives

Requirements:

• 1–3 years’ relevant experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign is a plus)
• Excellent organisational skills, able to multitask.
• Good attention to detail
• Self-motivated and shows initiative
• The ability to work well in a team and independently
• Interest in architecture and the built environment
