Job Description

Drive business alignment and technology initiatives as a Business and Configuration Analyst at UBC. Manage the configuration of HR, Finance, Payroll, and Student systems for optimal performance. In this role, you’ll lead the implementation process from requirement gathering to functional testing and change management.

Your expertise in business process analysis will support the UBC community through effective configuration management and integration solutions. Collaborate with the Product Team and ISC to deliver impactful enterprise solutions that enhance client services. Key Responsibilities: • Drive end-to-end enhancement implementation for multiple applications • Gather and prioritize requirements for business needs • Conduct functional testing and oversee configuration changes • Analyze impacts of proposed technological changes • Collaborate with stakeholders for integrated solutions Requirements: • Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline • Minimum five years of related experience • Knowledge of business requirements for applications • ITIL certification is an asset • Preferred experience with Workday applications Shape UBC's future by leveraging your analytical skills in this dynamic role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
