Job Description
We're looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Workday integrations to join one of the leading banks in the Netherlands.
In this role, you'll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to design, deliver, and improve Workday integration solutions. You'll analyse business processes, gather requirements, translate them into user stories and functional specifications, and support the implementation of scalable integration solutions.
You will work closely with Product Owners, architects, developers, and external vendors in an Agile environment, contributing to the continuous improvement of the HR technology landscape.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business and integration requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications.
- Work closely with stakeholders, architects, developers, and third-party vendors to design Workday integration solutions.
- Analyse business processes, interfaces, and end-to-end data flows.
- Support testing, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
Your Profile
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a Workday environment, with a focus on integrations.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and integration requirements.
- Good understanding of Workday integrations, APIs, web services, and data flows.
- Experience working with development teams to deliver integration solutions.
- Knowledge of Workday Studio, Workday Extend, Workday Connectors, EIB, or PECI is a strong advantage.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum ways of working.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
