Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Appian expertise to support digital transformation initiatives for a leading banking client. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex requirements into scalable Appian workflows and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Map current vs. target-state processes and define Appian aligned solutions.
• Collaborate with Appian developers to ensure clarity of requirements and solution feasibility.
• Facilitate workshops, user story creation, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Support SIT/UAT activities, including test planning and defect triage.
• Ensure solutions align with banking standards, compliance, and risk frameworks.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years Business Analyst experience within financial services.
• Strong exposure to Appian (process modelling, workflows, UI concepts).
• Ability to translate business problems into structured digital process solutions.
• Excellent documentation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
