Business Analyst - Warehousing & Logistics We’re looking for a hands‑on Business Analyst to support a major Warehousing & Logistics transformation programme. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to map processes, define requirements, support solution design, and ensure successful delivery. What you’ll do: Apply strong BA skills to bring clarity to complex warehousing, logistics and supply‑chain processes.
Run and support workshops: process mapping, requirements gathering, cross‑functional alignment. Produce high‑quality documentation (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Capture processes, requirements, business change impacts and support UAT.
Work closely with project managers, SMEs and the Business Architect to shape solutions and business architecture. What you’ll bring: Experience with Warehouse Management / Order Management systems. Supply chain & logistics background.
ERP implementation experience (ideally Dynamics 365). Confident communicator with stakeholder‑management strength. Ability to work independently, think logically and deliver under pressure.
Experience in online retail environments. Lean / Six Sigma / process optimisation exposure. Understanding of ERP / SCM / WMS / OMS solutions.
Must be able to commute to Leeds; occasional UK travel.
