Senior Business Analyst – Energy Market Transformation (Inside IR35) London (Hybrid - 1 day per week onsite) Contract (Inside IR35) 6 months rolling About the Role We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a major energy market transformation programme within a leading energy company. The programme focuses on developing new operating models, governance frameworks, and digital solutions to support evolving electricity and flexibility markets, including areas such as demand-side response and distributed energy resources. Key Responsibilities Lead business analysis across a complex transformation programme Define BA approach, plans, and deliverables across multiple initiatives Elicit, analyse, and document requirements aligned to business and regulatory needs Support design of operating models, governance, and market-facing capabilities Work closely with stakeholders, suppliers, and technical teams to deliver solutions Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and industry frameworks Provide oversight and quality assurance for BA outputs across the programme Experience Required Strong Business Analysis experience within large transformation programmes MUST have experience in the UK energy market (e.g. electricity markets, flexibility services, or regulatory environments) Proven ability to work across business and technical teams Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills If this sounds like an opportunity you are interested in, apply now for an immediate review #J-18808-Ljbffr
