Business Analyst

Position: Business Analyst (Remote / Wrocław / Kraków)

We seek an experienced Business Analyst to support e‑commerce initiatives on Adobe Commerce / Magento 2.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in e‑commerce, with a strong understanding of the IT environment
• Familiarity with Adobe Commerce / Magento 2 Open Source platforms
• Experience working in Agile methodologies
• Ability to clearly define project requirements (DoD, DoR, acceptance criteria)
• Skills in analyzing and modeling business processes (UML, BPMN)
• Experience supporting sales processes from a business perspective
• Knowledge of integrations with systems such as PIM, ERP, and payment providers
• Self‑reliant, well‑organized, and able to collaborate effectively with developers
• Proficient use of Jira and Confluence
• Experience working with external clients and preparing business‑technical documentation, fluent English

Responsibilities

• Identifying and analyzing clients’ business needs
• Selecting the best solutions tailored to business expectations
• Close collaboration with the delivery team throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Supporting the development team in understanding client requirements
• Creating and updating business‑technical documentation
• Preparing and conducting training sessions for clients and system users
• Providing business support for sales processes
• Implementing and promoting best practices within the business analysis team

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of web application architecture
• Experience working with APIs (REST / SOAP / GraphQL)
• Familiarity with the Mirakl platform
