Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst with strong expertise in Capital Markets and Product Control to support finance transformation and trading-related initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep domain knowledge in financial products, strong analytical capabilities, and hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders across Product Control, Finance, and Technology teams to gather and document business requirements Analyze product control processes, and financial data flows within Capital Markets Translate business requirements into functional specifications and data mappings Perform data analysis using SQL to support reporting, reconciliation, and issue resolution Support regulatory and financial reporting initiatives Identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation and efficiency Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing), including test case creation and execution Act as a liaison between business users and technology teams Ensure clear communication and stakeholder alignment across multiple projects Required Skills & Qualifications Experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets / Banking domain Solid understanding of Finance and Accounting principles Advanced proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience working in Agile / Waterfall environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
