Business Analyst Key Requirements Experience in Business System Analysis, Agile Methodology, and data analysis Ability to create detailed URS (User Requirement Specification) and SRS (Software Requirement Specification) documents Strong project management experience with good communication skills and understanding of Scrum and Agile practices Document requirements using standard BA documentation templates Liaise with product owners and submit intake requests for each requirement Collaborate with developers and testers to clarify business requirements Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of customer requirements Salary Range - CA$ 80,000 - CA$ 100,000 Per Year TCS does not use artificial intelligence tools for candidate screening or evaluation.
