Business Analyst Oakland, CA (Hybrid) 6 months Contract *ONLY SUBMIT CANDIDATES LOCAL TO WORK LOCATION-OAKLAND/BAY AREA WITHIN SERVICE TERRITORY. ASSIGNMENT IS HYBRID( 80% remote, 20% in person as team reports into the Oakland General Office (OGO) on Wednesdays each week).* CLIENT LAPTOP TO BE ISSUED. PERSONAL PHONE USE REQUIRED.

Job Responsibilities: Performs analysis on complex datasets models requiring customized reports and data.

Maintains and updates datasets to reflect real-time business developments. Creates daily and weekly metrics related to business strategy and operations. Presents findings and recommendations to leaders.

Manages small to mid-size projects, including confidentiality review and other support functions. Education Minimum: Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience required. Experience: Min: 4 years of related work experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Desired): Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and prioritization skills Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with demanding time constraints.

Adaptable to changing business conditions and ambiguity Strong presentation and communication skills to deliver findings and recommendations to various levels of management Broad knowledge of different analytical methods, approaches, and tactics Knowledge and understanding of key drivers affecting business results Technical Proficiency: Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerBI) and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Desired: AI experience (e.g., Copilot, Hdata) and Project, Visio or similar software
