Business Analyst – Senior

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to provide acomprehensive range of business analysis services supporting complex businessand technology initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely withstakeholders and subject matter experts to gather, document, analyze, andvalidate business requirements while ensuring alignment with organizationalmethodologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Providecomprehensive business analysis services for business and technologyinitiatives.
  
• Collaboratewith business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand,document, and analyze business requirements.
  
• Prepareand advise on business analysis policies, processes, standards, and bestpractices.
  
• Leadand conduct business analysis to assess business problems andopportunities and document requirements to support solution design.
  
• Applybusiness process re-engineering concepts to drive operational improvementsand cost-effective service delivery.
  
• Conductbusiness analysis activities throughout all project phases and levels ofdetail.
  
• Developstrategies, business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and feasibility studiesfor technology initiatives.
  
• Facilitaterequirements gathering through workshops, interviews, Joint ApplicationDesign (JAD) sessions, mockups, and other techniques.
  
• Createbusiness models, use case models, conceptual and logical data models,process models, and data flow models.
  
• Definebusiness rules and non-functional requirements for assigned projects.
  
• Monitorproject progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates tomanagement and stakeholders.
  
• Developperformance measures and traceability matrices to support businessanalysis evaluation and follow-up activities.
  
• Supportstakeholder engagement activities and documentation efforts, includingpresentations and briefing materials.
  
• Contributeto QA, system testing, and user acceptance testing strategies, plans, andscenarios.
  
• Participatein training and communication activities supporting systemimplementations.

• Demonstratedexperience in business analysis supporting systems development using arules engine or business process automation platform.

• Experienceconducting policy and business analysis within established frameworks andtechnology solutions.

• Experiencealigning business analysis activities with enterprise architecture andproject governance processes.
  
• Experiencedeveloping project approval documentation, policy approval documents,regulatory change materials, and supporting project documentation.
  
• Demonstratedexperience documenting requirements for business rule automation andworkflow management solutions.
  
• Experiencecontributing to QA, system testing, and user acceptance testinginitiatives.
  
• Knowledgeof policy development, business analysis, and data analysis practices.
