The Business Analyst supports the design and delivery of value-driven transformation by combining structured business analysis with practical business change and service management awareness.

The role helps define business and user needs, supports service design and transition activity, and ensures change is translated into clear requirements, workable processes and measurable service outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Experience in business analysis, business change or service improvement activity
- Good understanding of requirements gathering, process analysis and stakeholder engagement
- Awareness of service management concepts, including service design, service transition and service performance
- Familiarity with workshops, interviews and document analysis
- Experience working in public sector, secure or complex delivery environments is desirable
- Able to interpret evidence and translate it into practical outputs
