Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities RAID Management: Proactively identify, document, and manage project Risks, Actions, Issues, and Dependencies, updating the log regularly. Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops to elicit requirements and align stakeholder expectations on risks and deliverables. Documentation & Reporting: Create BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), User Stories, and status reports that clearly map technical solutions to business needs. Process Improvement: Analyze current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design enhanced, efficient processes. Project Governance: Support project management by ensuring dependencies between teams are identified and managed to avoid delays. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: As a Business Analyst, specifically with experience managing RAID logs in project settings. Methodologies: Proficient in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
