Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Business Analyst - QA Tester for a leading enterprise client.

This position offers the opportunity to support a large, fast-paced organization by bridging business and technology teams through user acceptance testing, process improvement, and data-driven insights. As a Business Analyst , you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure applications and business processes operate efficiently and deliver an exceptional user experience. Responsibilities Conduct operational and data analyses to support informed decision‑making across the business unit.

Execute end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT) for internal and external applications. Develop, execute, and maintain test scripts; document, track, and retest defects to ensure resolution. Collaborate with IT, development, and business teams to troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.

Contribute to process design and modification efforts to improve operational performance. Support project teams on small to medium initiatives involving process mapping, workflow design, and system enhancement testing. Develop reports and documentation to summarize testing results and identify opportunities for improvement.

Gain subject‑matter expertise in assigned workstreams to provide insight and support for business operations. Apply standardized tools, testing methodologies, and analytics techniques to ensure quality and consistency in project execution. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, QA Tester, or in a similar analytical/testing role. Hands‑on experience with user acceptance testing processes and tools. Strong understanding of system workflows and data integration concepts.

Experience with SAP preferred. Familiarity with Agile development methodology and project management practices. Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other business analysis tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on complex tasks.
