Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Business Analyst - QA Tester for a leading enterprise client. This position offers the opportunity to support a large, fast-paced organization by bridging business and technology teams through user acceptance testing, process improvement, and data-driven insights. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure applications and business processes operate efficiently and deliver an exceptional user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct operational and data analyses to support informed decision‑making across the business unit.
  • Execute end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT) for internal and external applications.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain test scripts; document, track, and retest defects to ensure resolution.
  • Collaborate with IT, development, and business teams to troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Contribute to process design and modification efforts to improve operational performance.
  • Support project teams on small to medium initiatives involving process mapping, workflow design, and system enhancement testing.
  • Develop reports and documentation to summarize testing results and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Gain subject‑matter expertise in assigned workstreams to provide insight and support for business operations.
  • Apply standardized tools, testing methodologies, and analytics techniques to ensure quality and consistency in project execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, QA Tester, or in a similar analytical/testing role.
  • Hands‑on experience with user acceptance testing processes and tools.
  • Strong understanding of system workflows and data integration concepts.
  • Experience with SAP preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodology and project management practices.
  • Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other business analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on complex tasks.
