We are currently looking for a highly organized and proactive Post Sales Executive / Project Coordinator who can efficiently manage client communication and ensure smooth execution of website and software development projects after sales closure.
This role is ideal for someone who understands IT project workflows, has strong coordination abilities, and can effectively bridge communication between clients and technical teams. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Manage end-to-end coordination of website and software development projects.
Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to developers, designers, SEO specialists, QA teams, and management. Create project timelines, task sheets, progress trackers, and meeting summaries. Monitor project execution to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Conduct regular follow-ups with internal teams regarding pending tasks, blockers, revisions, and deliverables. Schedule client meetings, collect feedback, and maintain professional communication throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate testing, bug fixing, deployment schedules, revisions, and post-launch support.
Ensure smooth handoff between sales and technical departments. Maintain organized documentation including MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), project trackers, and communication records. Proactively identify delays, risks, or escalation points and report them to management.
Manage workflows using tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or Google She Required Skills Excellent communication and client handling skills Strong follow-up and project coordination abilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Good understanding of the website/software development lifecycle Familiarity with technologies like: WordPress Shopify React PHP Laravel APIs Strong organizational and problem-solving mindset Ability to coordinate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ownership mentality with attention to detail Basic understanding of Agile/Sprint workflows Preferred Candidate Profile Must have prior experience working exclusively in the IT industry Must have handled website development or software development projects Experience in: Post-sales Client servicing Project coordination Account management will be preferred Strong ability to manage client expectations professionally Organized, proactive, and deadline-oriented personality Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Strong multitasking and decision-making capabilities Bonus Points if you have Knowledge of website deployment, staging, and testing processes Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools Exposure to international client communication and project handling Why Join Us?
