Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Toronto – 3 days onsite/2 days remote (subject to HM’s discretion) Term: End Date : 10 months contract plus extension Must Haves: · 5+ years of experience in business analysis in large organizations · Ability to effectively facilitate meetings that are tailored to the audience · Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, customers and other IT Personnel · Strong analytical skills · Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills · Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to work independently with a high-level of self-direction Public Sector Experience: Nice to Have Description · 5+ years of experience in business analysis in large organizations · BA/BS in Business Administration, Project Management or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience · Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills · Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to work independently with a high-level of self-direction · Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, customers and other IT Personnel · Ability to effectively facilitate meetings that are tailored to the audience · Ability to perform option analysis and trend analysis · Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability in IT analysis methodologies (e.g., process flow diagram) and Advanced proficiency using various Microsoft Office desktop products
