Business Analyst – Milton Keynes Location: Milton Keynes, England, United Kingdom Start date: As soon as possible Responsibilities: Analyse the structure of the business (integration between Marketing, Finance & Education) Identify and map As‑Is/To‑Be processes, using data modelling techniques and process flows Streamline processes and produce strong documentation management Communicate with senior people within the organisation and align stakeholders to new technology or strategies Run workshops and training sessions to ensure understanding of processes Qualifications: 5 to 8 years of proven track record in business analysis Experience across Finance systems, Marketing & admissions, technology in education, and change management Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills Junior Business Analyst – City London Location: City of London, England, United Kingdom Duration: 6 months Responsibilities: Capture requirements with product teams (both functional and non‑functional) Facilitate workshops, data analysis, site visits, and task and workflow analysis Prioritise backlog in Agile or create business requirements documents in Waterfall Produce use cases, user stories, functional specifications, diagrams and technical documentation Identify current business processes or system inadequacies and propose improvements Qualifications: 2‑3 years of business
