Business Analyst

NTT DATA is recruiting for a Business Analyst in Toronto, Ontario (Canada). This is an onsite role at 5255 Orbitor Drive, Suite 501, Mississauga, ON, L4W 5M6. Role Summary Supports analytics and insight initiatives by working with customer and operational data, performing statistical analysis, and contributing to dashboards and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities (Impact-Oriented) Support analysis of service data contributing to churn, AHT, and SLA improvement Assist with statistical analysis and data exploration Prepare dashboards and analytical summaries Support root‑cause analysis for repeat contacts and service issues Participate in analytics‑led CX improvement initiatives Perform data validation and quality checks Foundational analytics and data analysis skills Basic understanding of statistics Exposure to CX and service metrics Familiarity with Power BI or reporting tools Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities Candidate Profile 4 years of experience in analytics, reporting, or business analysis roles Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or related discipline Early‑career exposure to service or operations analytics Pay : $89k salary, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and AD&D; short- and long-term disability; paid time off; employee assistance; 401(k) with company match; and other voluntary or required benefits.
