Business Analyst

Base Metals – Business Analyst (OEMS / Front Office Change) A leading financial institution is seeking a Business Analyst to support the delivery of a new Front Office Order Execution Management System (OEMS) for the Base Metals business. This is a key role within the eCommerce Digital IT team, working across operating model design, requirements gathering, vendor engagement, and full delivery lifecycle support. What You’ll Be Doing Document current and target operating models for RFQ, Order Management, Pricing and related workflows Capture business and functional requirements for the OEMS platform Work with vendors to assess capabilities and identify gaps Support solution design with internal architecture teams Produce functional specs for integration with risk, credit, static data and market data platforms Support SIT, UAT and go‑live readiness, including issue analysis and resolution What We’re Looking For Business Analyst experience in Front Office environments Knowledge of OEMS/OMS/EMS, RFQ workflows, pricing, quoting or similar systems Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and workshop skills Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple workstreams Nice to Have Base Metals product knowledge Experience across eTrading or Front Office integration projects #J-18808-Ljbffr
