Business Analyst

Overview Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading global investment bank to hire a Senior Business Analyst for its Markets Program Execution & Transformation team. You’ll play a key role in enhancing MiFID II Product Governance across policies, systems, controls, reporting, and governance throughout the product lifecycle. What You’ll Do Lead business analysis for MiFID II Product Governance enhancements—gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose solutions.

Define or update policies, procedures, governance frameworks, and reporting standards. Conduct data analysis and support UAT, ensuring BAU processes and controls are robust. Partner with Project Managers to meet PMO standards and track deliverables.

Work closely with Front Office, Business Managers, Legal, and Compliance teams. What We’re Looking For 5+ years’ Business Analysis experience within Investment Banking . Proven track record delivering regulatory change projects, ideally MiFID II Product Governance .

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, from legal interpretation to solution handover. Proficiency in Excel (data analysis) , PowerPoint , and Visio . Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability with keen attention to detail.
