Business Analyst Manager

£57,526 - £64,749 per annum (temporary full‑time). Closing date: 21 June 2026. Position: Business Analyst Manager (internally: Senior Business Analyst). 12‑month fixed‑term contract – full time, maternity cover (37.5 hrs/week).

Responsibilities The Business Analyst Manager sits within the Strategy, Projects and Performance team. Duties include: Managing a team of Business Analysts and leading the MTVH Business Analyst framework, including templates, documents, process, tools and techniques. Delivering analysis work for highly complex and high‑profile projects across property, development, technical and customer services teams.

Supporting the strategic planning function through resource planning and the creation of Business Analyst work packages. Building a Business Analyst community and fostering collaboration across MVTH. Qualifications & Experience Proven experience managing a team, including through periods of change.

Expert knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques; ability to clearly document business requirements and processes, analyse data and provide insights and recommendations. Experience leading large, complex organisational‑wide change projects. Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.

Experience building and developing a business analysis framework, including templates, documents, processes, and a community.
