The Opportunity

We are partnering with one of the world's largest and most recognised banking and financial services organisations to recruit an experienced Business Analyst for a high-profile global transformation programme.

This is an excellent opportunity for a BA who enjoys working across complex stakeholder groups, driving process improvement, and contributing to high-profile organisational change programmes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse and document business requirements across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories and process documentation.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to drive requirements gathering and decision making.
  • Analyse and map current and future-state processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the development and optimisation of Job Architecture frameworks, governance processes and controls.
  • Work closely with HR, business and programme stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of programme objectives.
  • Support testing, UAT, issue management and implementation readiness activities.
  • Assess data quality challenges and support remediation planning where required.
  • Produce high-quality documentation including process maps, governance materials, guidance documents and operating procedures.


Required Experience

  • Strong Business Analyst experience gained within complex change or transformation programmes.
  • Previous experience working within Banking or Financial Services.
  • Experience supporting Job Architecture, organisation design, workforce planning, HR transformation, reward transformation or related people programmes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels.
  • Strong process mapping and business process improvement experience.
  • Proven ability to facilitate workshops and gather requirements from diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive, positive and delivery-focused mindset with a genuine "can-do" attitude.


Desirable Experience

  • Experience working on HR, People, Reward or Workforce Transformation programmes.
  • Knowledge of Job Families, Job Levelling, Career Frameworks or Workforce Skills Frameworks.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
