Business Analyst

We are working with a growing organisation currently investing heavily in its ERP landscape and looking to appoint an experienced Epicor Business Analyst. This is a key role within the business, acting as the link between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure Epicor ERP is fully optimised and aligned to operational goals. You will play a central part in driving system improvements, supporting users and contributing to ongoing transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Gather, analyse and document business requirements across multiple departments Work closely with stakeholders to improve and optimise processes within Epicor ERP Translate business needs into clear functional specifications Support configuration and enhancement of Epicor (Kinetic / E10) Lead workshops, training sessions and user engagement activities Provide functional support and troubleshoot system issues Assist with system upgrades, implementations and continuous improvement projects Collaborate with IT teams, developers and third-party vendors What We’re Looking For Strong experience working as a Business Analyst within Epicor ERP environments Solid understanding of manufacturing, supply chain or finance processes Proven ability to gather requirements and deliver business-focused solutions Experience supporting ERP implementations or system enhancements Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Nice to Have Experience with BAQs, dashboards or reporting tools Exposure to Epicor customisation or integrations Background in manufacturing or distribution sectors #J-18808-Ljbffr
