Business Analyst (IT/Transformation)

Overview Business Analyst (IT/Transformation Programme) Glasgow (1 day per week) £450 p/d (Outside) This role will play a crucial part of implementing our clients digital strategy by developing sustainable digital and information solutions that modernise, innovate and transform the delivery of user focused services and to improve the way our organisation works. As part of the Enterprise Solutions team, who plays a critical role in the delivery of the clients strategic, operational and business efficiency and improvement aims, with many upcoming demands to design, develop and implement complex new digital and corporate solutions. Responsibilities Lead business analysis across digital and application development projects.

Define success criteria and translate functional/non‑functional requirements into acceptance criteria. Gather, analyse and document requirements using process models, use cases, storyboards and UML. Communicate business needs between technical teams and external suppliers.

Support benefits management and produce wireframes/prototypes to inform solution design. Essential Skills Strong analytical skills and proven application of BA methods and techniques. Experience in medium-large scale technology change programmes.

Track record managing requirements from inception to delivery. Skilled in requirements documentation, business rules, use cases and traceability. Proficient in wireframing/prototyping tools.

Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and presentation skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
