Business Analyst

Are you an experienced Business Analyst or Business Developer with a strong background in HR technology and IT change? We are looking for a senior professional to help optimise HR systems and improve the employee experience within a leading financial organisation.

You will join a hybrid Agile DevOps team responsible for the SAP SuccessFactors platform, with a focus on Performance Management, Succession Management and Learning. You will translate stakeholder needs into practical solutions and clear user stories, while working closely with the Product Owner, SaaS suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Your responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse requirements for new functionality
• Translate requirements into clear user stories
• Support backlog planning and prioritisation
• Coordinate with stakeholders and external SaaS suppliers
• Support change risk assessments and IT change processes
• Help resolve security issues and incoming tickets
• Lead initiatives within learning, performance, skills and succession management

Your profile:

• At least 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Developer
• Proven experience with HR applications and IT change
• Knowledge of Performance Management, Succession Management and Learning
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Leadership and project-management capabilities
• Available to work within the EU time zone
