About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-orientedBusiness Analyst – Guidewire Implementationto join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role offers ahybrid working model supporting the successful delivery of one of Adica’s most significant transformation programs.

As a key liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams, you’ll play a critical role in eliciting, analysing, and documenting business requirements to ensure solutions are aligned with both operational needs and strategic objectives. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to support process mapping and validation activities acrossGuidewire InsuranceSuiteimplementations includingPolicyCenter,BillingCenter, andClaimCenter.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews to understand business needs, issues, and expectations.

Analysing data, processes, and systems to clearly articulate findings and support informed decision-making.

Identifying, gathering, and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.

Defining clear acceptance criteria and supporting the development of test plans and cases.

Collaborating with Guidewire delivery teams to ensure processes are understood and implemented correctly.

Supporting end-user training and providing post-implementation support.

Monitoring and communicating progress of change requests to manage stakeholder expectations.

Preparing and maintaining high-quality documentation to support delivery transparency and governance.

Contributing to continuous improvement in business analysis practices and stakeholder engagement.

What You’ll Bring

Solid understanding ofgeneral insuranceoperations, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Extensive experience as aBusiness Analyst, with a proven ability to manage large-scale business change initiatives.

Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, and the ability to coach others to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Experience working with systems and data, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms.

Familiarity withGuidewire modules(PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) is highly desirable.

Understanding ofAgile delivery practicesand tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence).

Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Ability to apply holistic, tactical, and strategic thinking to guide decision-making and solution design.

Experience in theinsurance industryor other regulated environments is advantageous.
