Job Description

Responsibilities Develop and analyze requirements for Project and CLM workflows, identifying functional gaps and enhancement needs within Oracle Fusion. Design process and data workflows for Oracle Fusion, and similarly for SAP Concur Request and Expense modules. Develop and validate UAT activities for Project enhancements, and Contractor Lifecycle Mgmt. Oracle. Ensuring new functionalities meet business objectives and issues are resolved before deployment. Assist with development of change management and post-implementation content, including user training, documentation, and continuous improvement recommendations. Skills Develop and maintain detailed business requirements documentation, ensuring alignment between functional needs, technical solutions, and organizational objectives. Identify, develop and implement business process enhancements, analyzing current workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Design and document end-to-end workflows that support system integration, data flow, and operational continuity across departments.

Apply project management methodologies to plan, track, and communicate project progress, including preparing executive-ready presentations and reports for key stakeholders. Requirements Minimum of 5 years’ experience with identifying areas for productivity improvements, analyzing trends, and conducting business analysis to assess opportunities for technology solutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
