Job Description
New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise modernization initiative focused on business capability analysis, process optimization, data definition, and requirements management. The successful candidate will work within a collaborative environment supporting enterprise transformation activities, including business process mapping, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and solution planning. This is a hybrid consulting opportunity for a senior-level professional with strong experience in enterprise business transformation, process modelling, and requirements management within complex environments.
Responsibilities: Conduct enterprise-level business analysis activities supporting modernization initiatives Facilitate stakeholder discussions and requirements elicitation sessions Document current-state (βAs-Isβ) and future-state (βTo-Beβ) business processes Develop process maps identifying workflows, decision points, hand-offs, and manual vs. automated activities Support development of data inventories and data dictionaries Analyze operational workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization Document business, functional, and system requirements Maintain traceability between business requirements, processes, and supporting artifacts Contribute to integration and interoperability analysis across systems and business functions Produce reports, presentations, and analytical deliverables for senior stakeholders Requirements: 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise-level business transformation initiatives 5+ years of experience performing business process modelling for enterprise workflows 5+ years of experience eliciting and documenting business and system requirements 5+ years of experience defining or documenting data and information elements supporting business processes 5+ years of experience maintaining requirements traceability between business needs, processes, and system components Experience documenting As-Is and To-Be processes Experience supporting enterprise modernization or digital transformation initiatives Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work in a hybrid environment within Canada Ability to obtain and maintain Enhanced Reliability security clearance Certifications: Candidates must hold at least one of the following: CBAP CCBA PMI-PBA BCS Certificate in Business Analysis Practice If you have this expertise, and are able to work in Canada, please submit your resume.
