Role overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities and define solutions that deliver measurable business value.
  • Gather, analyse and document business, functional and data requirements through workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement.
  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories, process flows, functional specifications and solution recommendations for technical teams.
  • Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for optimisation, simplification, automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Use data and insights to support decision‑making, understand business performance and validate proposed solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, Architecture and Delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with enterprise standards.
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions, manage expectations and build strong partnerships across business and D&T teams.
  • Support solution design, testing, implementation and change adoption activities, ensuring successful business outcomes.
  • Create and maintain high‑quality documentation, including business requirements, process maps, user stories, data definitions, impact assessments and operational procedures.

Your profile

  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or similar role within Digital, Technology, Transformation or Change environments.
  • Proven experience gathering, analysing and documenting business, functional and data requirements.
  • Stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships across business and technology teams.
  • Experience translating business needs into actionable requirements, user stories, process flows and solution recommendations.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking capabilities.
  • Experience identifying process improvement, optimisation and automation opportunities that drive business value.
  • Experience working with data to support analysis, decision‑making and business case development.
  • Comfortable working in complex, matrixed and cross‑functional environments.
  • Experience creating and maintaining high‑quality business analysis documentation.

Preferred

  • Experience working within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Experience operating within enterprise governance, portfolio or change management frameworks.
  • Exposure to regulated, operational or large‑scale global organisations.
  • Experience supporting technology implementation, process transformation or digitalisation initiatives.
  • Understanding of business process modelling techniques and tools (e.g. BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Experience collaborating with third‑party vendors, implementation partners or external suppliers.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL or similar.
