Business Analyst

Found Talent are looking for a Business Analyst with experience of analysing business processes, applications, and systems, ideally within digital or customer-facing environments.

You should have a strong technical background with experience of working with IT & technology stakeholders. You will have an understanding of Agile methodologies and exposure to working with software engineering teams, alongside experience working across web or mobile-based projects and collaborating with UX teams on customer journeys. What you’ll be doing Acting as the focal point for product knowledge, working closely with software development and operational teams Working with and gathering requirements from key internal stakeholders – within IT and the wider business Networking within the business to define and shape requirements Requirements elicitation, analysis, interpretation, and documentation Translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria Collaborating with UX teams to support the development of customer journeys and digital experiences Analysis of business processes, systems, and customer journeys Supporting Agile delivery, including participation in sprint ceremonies and backlog refinement Reviewing operational resilience Investigating technical and operational performance Mapping out products, services, and processes (As-Is and To-Be), both internal and customer-facing What we’re looking for Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a technology or digital environment Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and UX Exposure to web or mobile projects or customer-facing systems Strong understanding of Agile methodologies Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, structured requirements What’s in it for you?
