Business Analyst

Are you a recent graduate, career changer, or someone looking to start a career in Business Analysis?

We are looking for motivated individuals to begin their career in an Entry-Level Business Analyst environment. You do not need previous professional Business Analysis experience. What matters is your analytical thinking, communication skills, willingness to learn, and ability to understand business needs and solve problems.

You will support business teams and projects by gathering requirements, analysing information, documenting processes, and helping identify practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the gathering and documentation of business requirements.
• Analyse business processes, data, and workflows.
• Assist with identifying business needs, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare requirements documents, reports, and presentations.
• Work with stakeholders to understand processes and requirements.
• Support process mapping and documentation.
• Assist with analysing data to support business decisions.
• Track requirements, actions, issues, and project updates.
• Support testing and validation of business requirements.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate project and business analysis documentation.

Education
