Business Analyst for MPMS Modernization

Support the Canadian Armed Forces' modernization initiative as a Level 3 Business Analyst. This hybrid role involves documenting and optimizing personnel management processes for DGHCMM-M. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to map workflows and document existing and future processes for Military Personnel Management Systems.

This role is pivotal in ensuring that fragmented functions are unified into a streamlined, data-driven enterprise capability to meet the objectives of the CAF Digital Campaign Plan.
