Business Analyst Financial controls

4x Senior Business Analysts-Financial Controls Specialists (SOX) I’m currently looking for experienced Senior Business Analyst who specialises in Financial Controls to support a major SOX compliance programme in the UK. Location: Liverpool (3–5 days onsite) This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-impact project, partnering closely with finance leaders and working alongside a leading consultancy delivering SOX expertise. What you’ll be doing: Supporting the design and enhancement of finance processes and controls aligned to SOX Identifying control gaps and driving remediation actions Coordinating testing activities and maintaining key SOX documentation Engaging with stakeholders across Finance, Business, and IT Leading process improvement initiatives and facilitating workshops What we’re looking for: Strong Finance background (GL, reconciliations, reporting, accounting ops) Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a regulated environment Solid understanding of internal controls / SOX frameworks Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment Nice to have: Experience with COSO or similar frameworks Exposure to audit cycles and finance systems (ERP, reporting tools) If you’re a finance-focused BA with a passion for controls and transformation, I’d love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
