Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join an international project and act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business objectives are transformed into clear, efficient, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirements gathering sessions
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
• Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and performance
• Support the definition and prioritization of product backlogs
• Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate acceptance testing and validate delivered solutions against business requirements
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders

Skills & Experience

• +5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis
• Experience writing User Stories, Use Cases, and Functional Specifications
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Experience working closely with software development teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments
• Experience in digital transformation, IT projects, or system implementation initiatives
• Fluency in English
