We’re looking for a Business Analyst who thrives in data rich environments and can translate complex information into clear, actionable insights. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys analytics, business strategy, and problem‑solving. Role: Business Analyst Salary: £40k-£50k Location: Hybrid/Birmingham Key Responsibilities Analyse large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Build dashboards, reports, and visualisations that communicate insights clearly. Develop and maintain data models to support forecasting, performance tracking, and scenario analysis. Validate data accuracy, integrity, and completeness across multiple sources.
Work with cross functional teams to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical questions. Recommend data driven solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, or enhance customer experience. Support strategic planning with evidence‑based insights and scenario modelling.
Skills SQL, Python, R, or similar tools to extract, transform, and analyse data. BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to build interactive dashboards. Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
