Business Analyst

ServiceNow Business Analyst – Legal – London – 6 month – up to £565 per day – INSIDE IR35 – Hybrid working My Law firm client are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join them for a 6 month contract. Working closely with internal stakeholders to define and manage requirements for a large-scale project, transitioning to ServiceNow from legacy ticketing and workflow tools. They are looking for candidates that have a focus on the HR module of ServiceNow and have implemented it previously.

At least 5 years working experience as a BA, preferably in Legal or IT fields Project experience of ServiceNow platform delivery Direct engagement with stakeholders at all levels The ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems Experience of working within a Legal organization Demonstrated ability to help teams transition from manual processes to digital service platforms.
