Position: Business Analyst

Location: Brazil

Contract

Translates customer and business needs into precise, actionable functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the mobile development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and product managers.
• Author clear user stories, edge-case scenarios, and acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and technical leads to validate screen flows and functional feasibility.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably supporting mobile app or customer-facing digital product teams.
• Proficiency in Jira requirement structuring, wireframing tools, and workflow mapping.
