Contract Duration: 6 Months with extensions/conversion Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead discovery efforts, partner closely with stakeholders, and translate business needs into clear technical requirements. This role plays a key part in supporting Agile delivery teams, establishing foundational Agile practices, and driving clarity in early-stage initiatives within a fast-paced, evolving environment. The ideal candidate is a confident facilitator, proactive problem-solver, and strong communicator who thrives in ambiguity and collaborates effectively across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate discovery sessions and stakeholder meetings to gather and analyze business requirements. Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements in close collaboration with development teams. Support Agile methodologies and contribute effectively within Scrum teams.

Document business processes, requirements, and user stories with clarity and precision. Drive conversations with stakeholders and subject matter experts to uncover needs and define solutions. Utilize tools such as Jira and AI-enhanced features to manage and create user stories efficiently.

Help establish foundational Agile practices in preparation for onboarding Product Owners and Scrum Masters. Qualifications: Proven experience in product and business analysis, with a strong grasp of core BA responsibilities. Confident facilitator with the ability to lead meetings and drive stakeholder collaboration.

Hands-on experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Scrum team dynamics. Proficiency in Jira and comfort using AI tools to enhance productivity and workflow. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.

Self-driven and proactive—able to take initiative and ownership beyond task execution. Strong leadership presence and ability to guide early-stage requirement sessions. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving structures in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in financial services or banking operations is a plus.
