Business Analyst | Inside IR35 | £415/day | 12 Months | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite - Birmingham)

We re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a major digital transformation programme on an initial 12-month contract.

This is an opportunity for a versatile BA who enjoys working across multiple projects-from early discovery and business process analysis through to procurement, requirements definition and solution delivery.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Map and improve business processes and customer journeys.
• Support a major procurement and tender process for a critical business system replacement.
• Analyse complex data, identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Define measurable business benefits and support successful project delivery.
• Work closely with Project Managers, senior stakeholders and operational teams across a broad digital portfolio.

We re looking for someone with:

• Proven Business Analyst experience across end-to-end project life cycles.
• Strong requirements gathering, workshop facilitation and process mapping skills.
• Experience working on digital transformation programmes.
• Data analysis and business process improvement experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience supporting procurement or tender (RFP/ITT) processes is highly desirable
• Customer journey mapping expertise.

• Inside IR35
• £415/day
• Hybrid working - 3 days per week onsite in Birmingham
• Start: Late August/Early September
