Business Analyst - Camunda 8 Process Orchestration

Contract Type: 1 year Contract + Extension

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst Camunda 8 Process Orchestration to join a leading banking organisation in Spain.

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand financial instruments and their associated operational processes.
• Analyse, document, and refine business requirements, epics, and user stories.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to define and deliver business solutions.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, end users, sponsors, and technical teams.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and operational requirements.
• Produce and maintain high-quality documentation using Confluence.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of new features and functionality.
• Define and analyse data mappings between systems.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities through detailed process and data analysis.
• Investigate and support the resolution of production issues and functional defects.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and product roadmap activities.
• Translate business needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support backlog prioritisation while balancing stakeholder and business requirements.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments and related business processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Ability to gather, analyse, and document complex business requirements.
