Technical Business Analyst Newcastle Up to £55,000 S/C Clearable A leading global consulting organisation is hiring a Technical Business Analyst to join their delivery team in Newcastle on a permanent basis What you’ll have the opportunity to do Act as the link between stakeholders and delivery teams, helping shape problems, define requirements and support delivery Work closely with engineers, designers and testers to ensure solutions are well defined, feasible and aligned to business needs Support Agile ways of working through prioritisation, workshops, ceremonies and ongoing collaboration Help teams prepare for change, ensuring solutions are understood and ready to be adopted About the Candidate The right Business Analyst should have: Experience as a Business Analyst in digital or technology led environments Comfortable working in Agile teams and navigating changing requirements Strong stakeholder engagement skills and confidence explaining technical detail in plain terms Experience producing clear documentation such as user stories, process flows or functional descriptions A logical, curious mindset with an interest in how systems, data and integrations work Will be S/C Clearable (5+ years continuous UK address history) What’s in it for you?
