Business Analyst Client Description Onsite in Anaheim, CA Our client seeks a Business Analyst to support project initiation, estimation, and delivery across the full project lifecycle. The role will facilitate requirements, governance, performance reporting, and stakeholder communication while maintaining project plans, schedules, risks, and financials. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, improve operational processes, and present proposals and status updates to stakeholders.
The position requires onsite presence four days per week. This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration.

Rate: $35.00 to $40.00/hr. w2 Responsibilities Support the PMO Manager with governance, reporting, and delivery oversight. Act as a Business Analyst to gather, define, and validate business requirements and assumptions.
Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements that enhance operational performance. Collaborate with functional project teams and department liaisons to clarify project requirements. Assist in reviewing project requests with stakeholders to finalize scope and requirements.
Create project solution proposals and project documentation. Present project proposals to stakeholders. Prepare meeting agendas and facilitate project meetings.
Manage project governance including milestone delivery, financial tracking, and document repository maintenance. Perform data analysis as required. Support and manage budgets, project plans, timelines, and scope.
Maintain project schedules, risk and issue logs, and other project artifacts. Monitor and control projects by identifying and addressing variances. Prepare status presentations for stakeholder reviews.
Coordinate work with internal teams to communicate tasks and deadlines and maintain effective relationships with staff and consultants. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Experience Requirements Knowledge of data analysis using Excel. Experience developing business requirements.
Experience with project management tools. Ability to adapt judgment in a changing environment and manage competing priorities. Ability to learn business processes quickly and partner with stakeholders at multiple levels.
Experience with technology and business application solutions in large-scale, multi-platform environments. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with all stakeholders. Knowledge of technology domains including infrastructure, networking, and applications.
Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
