The Opportunity We're looking for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business and technical teams translating needs into clear requirements and helping deliver solutions that stick. What You'll Do Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements with stakeholders Facilitate communication between business and technical teams across the project lifecycle Analyze processes and recommend improvements that drive efficiency and value Support testing activities, defect tracking, and quality assurance Develop training materials and support change management and user adoption Mentor junior team members and contribute to BA practice standards What You Bring 3+ years of business analysis experience Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Strong skills in requirements documentation, user stories, process mapping, and acceptance criteria Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office/Teams, and Lucidchart Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation skills CCBA, ECBA, or CBAP certification is an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
