Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the FAQ Bot platform.
• Create requirements specifications, user stories, and use cases.
• Coordinate with banks and content providers regarding CMS content management.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and relevance of chatbot content.
• Monitor and analyze user interactions to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support the implementation, integration, testing, and quality assurance of the FAQ Bot.
• Analyze user feedback and recommend enhancements to improve user experience.
• Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Provide project status updates, reporting, and documentation.Support deployment and release activities while ensuring compliance with financial sector regulations.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project activities.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Fluent English and good German language skills.
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to create user stories, use cases, and functional documentation.
• Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment and manage multiple priorities.
