AIM1221 is committed to being a trusted technology partner for businesses worldwide. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role located in Edmonton, Alberta. As a Business Analyst, you will act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams to define and document business requirements. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating to implement solutions. Key responsibilities include gathering and evaluating data, preparing reports, and ensuring that project objectives align with organizational goals.
Qualifications Proficiency in Business Analysis, including interpreting requirements and documenting workflows and processes Strong Analytical Skills for data evaluation, problem-solving, and decision-making Knowledge of Business Processes and Business Requirements gathering Effective Communication skills to collaborate across teams and present findings clearly Experience with process mapping tools and documentation methods Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field Prior experience in technology consulting, project management, or similar roles is a plus Familiarity with enterprise technology systems and agile methodologies is an advantage The ability to work independently and/or collaborate within a team, with internal departments or suppliers and build partnerships with stakeholders The ability to effectively manage a variable workload and prioritize work while performing under pressure and meeting time-sensitive deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels. Proficiently in MS Office, Visio, and Teams Experience working on requirements for data sourcing/data migration projects Experience with transaction monitoring controls and with analytics/modelling team Experience working with Trust or Custody services, Wealth Management and/or Capital Markets products #J-18808-Ljbffr
