Performs a variety of duties in and around buildings and grounds. Performs assignments such as light bulb change and fixture and equipment cleaning, painting, carpentry: assists maintenance personnel and other workers with their tasks or projects.
Perform building snow removal as required. Performs housekeeping and janitorial duties to maintain offices, restrooms and public areas in a clean and orderly condition. Mixes cleaning solutions to appropriate strength.
Removes trash from offices and lobby areas. Perform room set ups and strikes. Follows established routine.

Ability to understand cleaning chemicals and their application and dilution ratios. Experience must demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree in a relevant trades field. One year of custodial experience. Pre-Placement Driving Record Review Required Yes Physical Required Yes Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
