Drive dealer profitability with RONA as a Category Manager specializing in building materials. Collaborate with teams to develop impactful sales and merchandising strategies across Canada. This role focuses on managing a product portfolio while reporting to the Senior Director, Category Management & Negotiations.
You will craft sales strategies and work closely with the sales team to address dealer challenges and optimize product offerings. Your ability to negotiate and coordinate will be vital for success. Key Responsibilities: • Develop actionable sales strategies for dealer products • Ensure communication of merchandising plans to stakeholders • Work with corporate merchandising teams on promotions • Identify market opportunities through regular dealer visits • Adapt strategies based on dealer feedback and performance Requirements: • Relevant bachelor’s degree required • Minimum 5 years of experience in category management • Bilingual in French and English is essential • Excellent organization and communication skills • Knowledge of market trends in building materials Use your expertise in category management to position RONA as a leader in dealer support and product strategy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
